Email Agent ("the app") is a private, single-owner tool operated by Azam Alkhodiriy to help manage his own Google/Gmail accounts. It is not offered to the public.
With the account owner's explicit Google OAuth consent, the app accesses the owner's own Gmail data to: read message metadata and content, mark messages read/unread, add or remove labels, archive messages, and send a reply only after the owner explicitly approves it. The app never deletes email automatically.
OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest on the owner's own private server. Email data is processed to classify and summarize messages for the owner and is not sold or shared, except that message text may be sent to the owner's configured AI provider (DeepSeek) solely to classify and summarize it for the owner.
No personal data is shared for advertising or unrelated purposes. Google user data is used only to provide the app's features to the owner and is handled per the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The owner may revoke access at any time via Google Account settings, which invalidates the stored tokens.
